At Astrology by Tiffany, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@astrologybytiffany.com, and we will address them promptly.

Chart Readings
Once a purchase is made it's considered final. We do not offer refunds or the option to reschedule appointments. However, if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session, we will proceed with your full reading at the original date and time, even without your presence. The reading will be recorded, and once completed, we will send the recording to you via email. This ensures you still receive the insights and guidance from your session, even if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending live. Exchanges
We understand that your needs may change, so we offer the flexibility to switch the type of reading after you've booked. If you wish to exchange your booked session for a different type of reading, please contact us at info@astrologybytiffany.com at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
